Shotsky got them four years ago. The stock was at the bottom. It didn't look like a good investment to anyone. He thought they might go up because JT was offering a dividend. It didn't go up. It was impossible to sell them. That is the story with all the longs with millions of shares. I had 250K and couldn't sell them, so I held hoping for some company to buy the ticker and the shares would go up. I missed a couple of minor spikes, so continued to hold. I have had them for 9 years. If I could have sold them a year ago for $100 I would have. It wasn't worth the effort though.
Well, I bought those shares in 2017, shortly after Tilton took over the company. He had some grand plans, which you can read among his 10 8K's for 2017. THAT is what I was buying in for. Then nothing but crickets until this year. They say you have to be patient...
