How do you think a Judge will react when he learns that McBride failed to return $277,000 of the cash but substituted restricted shares, which by definition are not saleable, instead?...
What will the Judge think of the PP @ 10 cents for "friends and family only" with the alleged view of taking control of some 17 million shares for "peanuts"?... BTW, did you get any of those 10 cents shares?...
