I've done some checking and from what I can tell, it is not the same group. What the other group did was run up the pps with PR's and the help of those like "Hot Rocket Picks" or "The Stockster" and then it played out. Once it played out there was a reverse merger followed by a 500 to 1 reverse split. It was a tough hit to take.

Feel free to delete these 2 post since I'm fairly certain it is not the same people and therefore not relevant to your board.
