My fast reply to you..
Lenzilumab , is GM-CSF inhibitor ..
Not every patient will have this problem in covid according to Dr Patterson ..
He saw it in only about 20-30% of the patients ..

And then we know that if we block completely , patient may develop immunosuppression

This is why they excluding patients with secondary viral , bacterial or fungi infection ..

And btw if you look at their protocol their patients are closer to moderate and not severe ..
They don’t accept really the severe or critical ..,

But they working with Gilead , so IMO
they will get EUA no matter what , very soon ..

BTW Leronlimab down-regulate GM-!CSF
So actually leronlimab should work better without immunosuppression ..

Let’s see their results , we just need to remember their patients are really pick from the crowd

And again let’s remember that HGEN is working with Gilead and Dr Fauci ,and here IMO is the biggest difference ..
