The desperation of the offering is significant. The interest paid alone on this is going to crush any hopes of earnings. Basically sold out shareholders out of desperation and at some point, it will become obvious. Canada is oversupplied, wholesaling will kill margins and the window will close to peddle high priced stock leading to high interest loans out of sheer desperation. No global supply shipments are going to make up for it anytime soon. Stock is dead money for now.
