Welcome to CYDY PRs, where NP takes every inch he can get in regards to bending the rules of public disclosure. NP carefully words these PRs so investors are strung along to dream of jets and yachts while management plans the next move. This is standard.

Don't you realize the efforts and pains being taken performing said tap-dance?

The answer is smacking people in the fact and they are ignoring it. These PR's are worded this way on purpose by the lawyers. Gives enough buzz words to get people excited but lacks clarity because there is none. How many times will people fall for this? Remember the weird article paid by Emerging Growth on Medicare codes for LL? Total ambiguity and nothing to confirm it. But people ran with it. This is what they do and it is time to recognize that fact.

The HIV trail was not a success. If it were, we would have a resubmitted BLA by now. Again, you question Nader and his moves yet believe the data lines he feeds you? HIV is dead, Cancer is dead, Covid is dead. Now they spin LH and NASH.

I hope people realize that even IF LH is successful, nobody will believe it as both trial sites are paid by CYDY. All credibility is thrown out the window. One guy has $4m invested and Dr. Gaylis has at minimum 50,000 shares plus undisclosed cash. I know he got cash as I doubt he is paying for time and travel to patients out of his own pocket. Where is the 8k with his package?

No senator will lend their name to this company. Too many skeletons and issues. Who wants to be known as defending a company that has settled self enrichment, new lawsuits and gross misinformation campaigns. The first rule in politics is protect yourself.
