hernandez has know about Gulf a long time because he has been in the business a long time. Its a nice story line just wish there were some facts other than someone "liked their tweet", but then again in penny stocks that is what we buy, stories and rumors. Gulf is too big and victory is over valued, any reverse would make victory a very small holder and not over $100m for 3 people working the internet part time. I will look some more before I become a bagholder for the insider selling. If you have more info please send it, as I do appreciate DD
