Then why are they holding it up and not letting it drop and buying back in @ .002 or lower? Is it because there are little to no shares available out there?
Whoever dumped about 3 million shares at the market when it was trading in the .028 range knew more than anyone else. That day it hit .008. This tells me that person is in the know. Hopefully, he reloaded for the next run if it ever occurs. Otherwise we will never see more than .008.
