I would also tend to agree that if this can be used before or in conjunctiono with SOC, the penetration rate should be higher. Becuase you will be saving money on the SOC as well, from a health inst. or insurance company's perspective. However, I do not have visablity about how it will be administered and the costs associated with it.

If you go in the blog and take a look at the sensitivity table at the end, you'll find that each 10% increase in the peak penetration rate will result in $50ps increase.
