So that means only Big Pharma is capable of proving a drug's efficacy. Any smaller company, even if it has a miracle cure, will be ignored and/or forgotten because it doesn't have the financing necessary for a trial with the needed power.

Unless of course those small companies want to sell-out to BP so their drug gets a seat at the table.

What a gross, corrupt system to rely on in a pandemic.

She's "playing ball" well and is due for a corner office with window and view, when she leaves the gov't for a plush BP job.

This is why we need serious PR to make leronlimab's lack of approval, in spite of its excellent, safe, efficacious result, something she can't quietly "sweep under the rug!"

A small company like Cytodyn needs a partner to do a trial that big in a short time, IMO.
