Am I reading this correctly? Trying to do some DD. market cap over $120mil and they will have under $5mil in sales revenue for 2020? They have Un-Audited financials, under $100k in bank, lots of convertible debt that will probably get converted into more shares, is that all correct? Are those shares all going to owner? They get anyone to list their boat for free, like a magazine so how are they making $? if they really sold multi-million dollar yachts all the time then their commissions would be huge and show some great revenue, right? Does hernandez own all the restricted shares or do the chinese still own shares? I am just trying to figure out how a one person internet company with small sales can have over $100mil market cap? Just because of a couple press releases that say they may get to $10mil in sales? I need someone to explain this to me. Thanks
