dsertrat, I just took a closer look at CESY, including that link to company information.
Something doesn't jive.

According the the company info, dated Oct 15, 03, the OS was/is 1.8 billion.
According to the 10Q, on Aug 6 the OS was 639.6 million.
( there were two seperate certifications for the 10Q)

That means, in just over two months, over a billion shares were issued........with no filings or any record of it!

This is a listed company and something like that just shouldn't be.........????????

Please let me know what you turn up........now, I'm curious..
