So, Nutra or the Nutra investors paid for the Deitsch defense.
Why didn't Nutra have D&O Insurance?
"Directors and officers liability insurance is akin to corporate governance, corporate law, and the fiduciary duty owed to stakeholders, such as shareholders and beneficiaries."
"We originally announced the “launch” of Luxury Feet in 2017 with plans to rollout distribution in 2018. A variety of issues came up at that time – including the SEC lawsuit in 2018 that forced us to put off a lot of our marketing plans as funds needed to be relegated to legal defense against the lawsuit."
The press release was on June 21, 2017 and the SEC lawsuit wasn't until September 28, 2018 and that is over a year and Nutra didn't accomplish anything.
From the 2017 press release:
"We have already begun the pre-marketing process and have seen a lot of excitement in the marketplace. Luxury Feet will be available shortly for purchase on our website followed by a retail rollout later this year."
The product was never available on the website.
