In TDS defence, they have repeatedly stated for us to wait until all details are released and everything is much clearer. In a way, it seems they are trying to say the RS should not be as bad as it seems. I try to keep in mind they do have a strong financial, hedge fund, M&A background and they should know what they are doing.... I guess time will tell after everything unfolds.

Restricted shares in overall strategy will be a huge factor in outcome here. Agree zepak. Still many details we don’t know.
