If we haven't heard anything in days there is a reason. Choose to believe it is for the good and relax. If there were bad news, it would have had to be put out immediately.
Many reasons for delays - governmental issues, CRO issues, trial issue, site issues, and others. Whatever the reason, most likely it is only temporary and will be resolved quickly.
We know some have been dosed to date and they are progressing. That is the only worry we have at the current time. Since no news, seems like safety is doing well and efficacy info is not shared so nothing to speculate on regarding that factor.
