The tweet I read states "we just inked a deal with @chase for our smart solar advertising division." I interpret "just inked" to mean something was signed. I interpret "deal" to mean there was some sort of agreement. In my interpretation I would assume there was an offer, an acceptance and consideration. I think it is reasonable for shareholders wanting to know the details of the deal.

It could be as simple as this... Deal is done, PR is written, waiting for Chase final approval.
