If the chase deal is "inked", what are they waiting for? I see someone replied to the tweet asking if they're going to PR. The company twitter responded with the link to to view past news. Odd response since it's clear the person is talking about the "news" in the tweet.

The longer this takes the more it looks like it's just another penny stock dangling carrots with various pieces of details via tweets and board posts. NEWS PENDING!!!!!

Of course the longs will come out and say "JULY". Again, not stating one way or the other but just how this all can be perceived and therefore reflected in the price.
