HanisT has been here a long time supporting GEGP. Can't imagine he would do or say anything to jeopardize GEGP or himself for that matter.
Let me clarify the above. I don't know HanisT but have been in this thing and watching this board for years hoping and praying something would happen. It would appear something is now happening! lol

I understand the skepticism, I'd definitely be the same way. Let me reiterate, no new information was shared. Only confirmation that the merger is still on and more filings were to come, all info that was in the 8K from Sept 2020.

I wasn't given any timelines or further details. More so just confirmation that they are still active, which is all that I was interested in. I will continue to hold my shares as I have for the last 7 years until we see these filings and more details.
