You are correct. The issues is will the court grant custody and if they do Ben has said he would move quickly to file a voluntary 8k to bring current. This would hold off any suspension. The suspension or delisting has mainly come from stocks that have a lot of pumping going on. Most people here have been level headed about the potential so my feeling is there is no pumping going on.
