Daemond , I will give you here only example of Tocilizumab, but most of the drugs they approving have many side effects.

With Tocilizumab..

More then 500,000 side effects reported to FDA.
Over 1100 deaths investigated in connection.

Some side effects appear most of the time after longer use , but not all, some may happen during the first or second dose,

-like allergic reaction , including anaphylaxis with possible fatal outcome.

other side effects , but not very comment with short treatment...

--liver problems.
--lungs disease,
--pancreatitis
--stroke,
--heart failure
--many serious drug interaction ,

And now they wanted to combine with Remdesivir , another drug with severe side effects,for severe patients..

Fortunately for patients , the combination didn't work during the study ..

All IMO...
