Yeah, Q3 is a couple months late, but really irrelevant.

Merger was completed in late Feb right near the end of PFMS fiscal year (old PFMS fiscal year ended on Feb. 28).

I suspect the stop sign will remain up until the 2021 fiscal year report is filed. That report is due by the end of May.

Not a big deal imho.
