The annual list is essentially their NV (they are a NV filed corporation) = their NV "annual list of officers" which is required and typically done at the same time a corp renews and pays the annual fees to NV for their business license.

It's actually a decent "sign" of them possibly finally getting their shit together - as it appears they were LAPSED also in the NV Secretary of State required filings also.

Thus, it "looks like" they likely paid their biz license and filed their list of officers - which is a MEGA SIMPLE PROCESS but just means barfing up what I think (if I remember correctly) probably less than a $grand for their annual biz license fee? Maybe as low as even $500 bucks or so?

KEY ITEM IS: MAYBE it means this CEO is finally getting their shit together to actually OTC FILE their 2019 annual and other missing filings - as NO WAY will the OTC accept it with their business license and corp license being lapsed !!!

It might have even come up when they applied to the OTC back-end as the CEO stated - I'd "guess" the OTC checks to see if the corporation is "CURRENT" in whatever state it is domiciled, and if not, says no-dice until they get filed current in that state.

That's it in a nut shell.

It's general corp book keeping 101 BASICS = all corps must file essentially a 1 page annual report and pay their state of incorporation their annual biz license fee (NV, WY, DE, FL - these are some of the most popular states for OTC corps to be filed) - and NV is EXTREMELY common as a place to file one's incorporation for numerous reasons from simplicity and some privacy to no hassles and "kind of" some possible tax implications - though the fact that INND is physically located in The People's Republic Of Kalifornia = pretty much screwed tax wise as California gets their hunk of flesh no matter where a company incorporates.

Anyways- it's one item checked off the list to GETTING PINK CURRENT although a minor and small one - file a 2 page document and put up a credit card number and pay the "fees due" and DONE = "ANNUAL LIST" in NV and all done on-line !
