If I understand you correctly: the second dividend has not been registered as NUGX and has no market to trade in currently, only the first dividend shares. So for example, I have dividend shares in my Fidelity account, I just cannot sell them. I can buy NUGX on the pink sheets, but those will remain separate in my account from my existing NuGenerex ImmunoOncology shares.
