If they actually plan on doing the r/s legally, they will announce the r/s ratio 10 days before the effective date. The effective date of the r/s and the offering should be the same date, right? And the offering price would have to be set before the offering is effected, right? So are they going to have any time between the announcement of the r/s ratio and the effective date of the offering to choose an offering price that closely correlates with the post-r/s price? If it's too high over, no one will buy the shares from the offering. If it's too far below, anyone would buy them and immediately execute them, right?
