I'm going to disagree.. The reason I say this is because if you look at BOTH Plus solutions, and Marx toys you will notice they were both a MArk SMith shell, BUT PLSO already has newly instated officers.. PLSO has ALREADY had an acceptance of a Resident agent back in October, and UNLIKE Marx toys PLSO has already Finalized the Resident agent change, which took place on DEC 29th.... PLSO is ahead of the game so far.. If you notice we HAD Mark smith, but NOW Abe Grossman has taken over, while MRXT still has Mark in charge.. Both are good plays, but I believe PLSO is a big step ahead..

In addition to this PLSO has Only 100M A/S whereas MRXT has 200M A/S..
