Yeah and SLJB was going to the Nasdaq. That means nothing as far as I am concerned. Show me a pink sheet stock that isn't talking about uplisting. They all talk about it. It's in the playbook.
As for the buyback vs a dividend, Nobody questions whether a dividend goes through when the money is deposited in your account. All pink sheet stock announce buybacks. Few follow through. Usually just the opposite.
Not trying to be a downer, but weaseling out of the dividend (especially with Airys wannabe Jazfunk already telling us it would be cash) is a major red flag.
