Geez- THIS could be the penny fraud case of the past 20 years easily.
This clown is looking at civil charges "first" - but it by no means doesn't mean the SEC and FBI and "other" alphabet agencies don't have his balls in a CRIMINAL CHARGES CRUSHER and case they're going to slap down on the table once they sit down and start to chat - he may be looking at some time "in the joint" aka CLUB FED.
They'll clean him out financially for sure- but it's criminal that's the real goal. They are going to try and make an example out of this clown - it stems from the major SEC fire that was lit from the GameStop BS and "other" social media "stuff" - as in Fraud Street criminals doen't like cough cough "competition" from the little guys and OTC-ville and have paid off the right folks in D.C. to snuff out the competition - that's how it "works".
SEC and FBI are going to pick off a few of the random biggest players - the dumb ones that left a trail probably easier to follow than ducks and bread crumbs and then "MAKE A BIG PUBLIC EXAMPLE OUT OF THEM" - buy some popcorn and watch the show, as this is just getting started here :)
