There needs to be real consequences for people who commit fraud. If he knew he would be looking at losing every single personal asset and actual jail time, he’d be much less inclined to make false statements. Not sure at this point what to believe with this one. I want to believe him, but that video.... I’d say if in 10 days Betas don’t start rolling out the door, the SEC needs to show up with the FBI and begin touring the facility.
