Another illegality of the warrant was that it was issued at a price of $0.0001 while the stock was trading at 20 cents. Look up Black Scholes.

Imagine Apple or Tesla favourably issuing warrants at 20,000 percent less than where the shares are trading?

I'll reiterate: I will challenge the exercise of warrants through derivative claims. The day before they were issued FNM (old symbol) closed at $7.04.

BTW, in their own warrants agreement, Treasury & FHFA have a definition of "fair market value" . It isn't one hundred shares for a dollar. They defined it as 20-day trailing average closing price.
