Hopefully, an end to the abusive naked short selling we've been seeing. To my understanding, there will no longer be a 21 day grace period to produce funds when called on share debt and a restriction on margin share borrowing as well. Not sure on an the specifics and I'm sure it will be another battle with the forces of darkness (lightning strike, rainy window) as all things are these days.
