Not too high for a penny stock. I'd say it's about right for a company that has been gearing up with production equipment and positioning itself for positive growth. Unfortunately in penny land, toxic financing through shares is a neccessary evil. It looks like with contracts in place ALKM can start to unravel all of that crap and get above water and never look back!
You think that's bad check out HCMC - 300 billion shares lol. If our PPS was proportional to their outstanding shares we would be at 9 cents. There is plenty of room to grow here...
