Hi structengr, This is going to an investment of a lifetime, a zip code and life changer!! If he wants to uplist to Nasdaq small cap that has a share price requirement is $1, which is achievable with the following:

1) The HUGE CATALYSTS SET OF NEWS that is coming, which includes but is not limited to the contracts with Airlines, UV LOI/contracts, and much more I am sure, which I have not listed here.

2) Update on large shareholder meetings with the Beverly Hill Hedge Fund that was tweeted out by the company and other large local investor meetings that was also tweeted by the company and other large investors that James must have presented to as well. Also James has huge connections on Wall Street and sits on the board of so many companies, so these connections are also already loading as we speak.

3) We have JANE the institutional Market Maker here, that is helping a number of large institutional investors accumulate at these ridiculous prices.

4) The company is going to apply for a name/cusip#/ticker symbol change soon, or may have already applied for it, because they tweeted that as soon as they go PINK CURRENT, they will do so. This will cause a huge short squeeze.

5) We have the new shorting rule by the DTCC that is going into effect March 19, 2021, that is going to create a huge short squeeze.

6) The big institutions including the Hedge Funds, Large Equity Groups and Mutual funds are already accumulating and they want a much higher return than these ridiculous prices, at least 50x to 100x from these levels. REMEMBER THEY WILL NOT INVEST HERE IF IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY FOR THEM AND IF THE GAINS ARE MINISCULE, (FOR THESE BIG GUYS MINISCULE MEANS 10X).

7) I think at some point James will have a HUGE SHARE HOLDER CONFERENCE CALL to update us about their achievements and future projections and future endeavors/contracts etc.

All of the above will create a huge TSUNAMI, to get us to $1+++ share price level.

Accumulate more at these ridiculous prices and do not sell at these levels, otherwise you will be kicking yourselves for ever.
