I think much more.. my speculation is there is much larger deal(s) in play holding up the FINCANN JV. If I had to guess the Gratia Ventures vision of a vertical integrated hemp conglomerate is what will be put together here.. with LB at the helm, that vision becoming reality would immediately garner institutional interest and we will see a run beyond imagination here..

The FINCANN JV could target a component of vertical integration for expansion and related M&A..

LB speaks passionately about hemp industry.. and it’s societal and economical benefit on a global scale, hence the auditor speciality in international M&A..
