Employees is an entry that often gets overlooked when information should get updated. It might have had 5 employees ten years ago or more.

I doubt those people actually did any consulting for the company. They just have to record it as something, and that's the only choice they have.

Take Huldah Deberry, for instance. How many people could there be with that name. Service rendered? :-)
