That has to be it because we were solid in the .04's and .05's mid day for weeks. This is exactly what happened and the PPS moved down to clear those. Any day now when we begin to clear out flippers above for a few days we will see the next big NSAV move above .10 plus.

I'm not real sure they were/are restricted. About 2-3 weeks ago the unrestricted and float when up and the restricted went down. At the time I wasn't sure why, but this may explain it.
