Nothing seems positive when the only one's speaking are speaking negatives.

Remember DEM reviewed the science, DEM approved the science.

So any negative science claims, DEM has addressed BEFORE approval.

As far as procedural I can only assume DEM knows the laws of RI and followed them.

As far as the wall in between, how much trouble would it be to put a six inch concrete wall between them.
