every person is basically saying the same things. its just a question of how bullied these guys are and if they are worried about karen kicking them out of their jobs i guess

300 Participants if each given 5 minutes equals 1500 minutes or 25 hours.

Seems funny to me that it’s suppose to be open for public comment but they are limiting the amount of Participants.

Meeting is three and a half hour.

3 1/2 hours is 210 minutes less than 20% attending the meeting will be heard.

No rebuttal just grand standing, you are not missing anything.

Well, not really true, as they have stated in writing and at the beginning of the mtg, people can submit their concerns at a specific email or snailmanil their concerns. It's like mail in voting basically. This is the same for all of these meetings. It's only a concern gathering mission, and when they say 'we've gotten dozens of letters' in a city of 10's of thousands of people in the surrounding area, it doesn't really seem like a large percentage.
