That's a good point. The inference then being that $IMMB owns all the IP rights and 49% interest in Immunotech BG. However, $ENZC filings seem to indicate the opposite, but the merely mention the intention to make the swaps, not that they ever happened. And as you point out, there was never a SEC filing on the share distribution or redistribution. This suggests that $IMMB owns quite a bit, and there appears to be a desire to keep that quiet.
