Most CE plays have not market makers so without them no bid or ask will show. Level 2 does not help with them. These plays are high risk as the trades are really blind trades. Most brokers still allow trading these plays. So far 60 million traded and a number at .0003 which could be a good sign that this is ready to move out of trip zeros.
