Because someone starts a court case "upon information and belief" and is only told to refrain from selling ,proves sh3t as far as I see.

Cdex was a private firm ,with few controls ,needing money ,with value changing as funds were needed. and so the paper work got lost. Big deal.

The only ones who had a bit3h would be people who bought in late November, or early December. For goodness sakes who ever knew what Loch was selling shares for 6 months earlier.
Even you admitted that they issued scads of paper.

CDEX became legitimate when they went public in '05.
Anything else prior was between ppers.
