So let me say this: I am not selling, just saw the ruling will preclude a quick settlement with Hynix (which we would have seen if the ruling was uninanimous in agreeing with NLST claim terms). Hynix probably feels decent about the terms but so does NLST. It is all good and sorry to anyone that I upset with my quick take on the ruling.

Bashers just tried to create a sense of panic and made it seem as if the Claim Construction Order was negative. It was not at all !
In fact, I found it to be very positive for Netlist as it definitely supports that fact that SK did in fact infringe on the patent.
