If anyone ACTUALLY reads the U1 filing... this regA amendment is only good until April if approved. It still needs qualification. That will likely take it past April. If that’s the case - thee wow zero chance they use the same factors since the stock is trading way higher than it did in December when this first came out.

That called DD folks. I hope no one else was scared out of their shares for no reason. Just ask questions first.
