It is easy to make the SP drop when you lie and mislead in multiple PR's. I personally know three investors who are in contact with the law firm. The PR about CD10 EUA and the multipole videos of Nader saying triple digits, 4 BLA'S, revenues and huis constant talking about the FIFE non dilutive funding ( when in fact is highly dilutive and he knows this as they have issued millions of additional shares) is giving this legs. Investors won't make that much money as the company does not have the cash to pay out and pay the additional legal bills. These investors are more concerned about holding Nader/Kelly accountable and not suckering in more investors like they did with them.
The FDA is NOT WORKING WITH CYDY FOR CD-16. The FDA will allow any trial to run as long as they know the drug is safe. We can start a trial with the FDFA saying vitamin C and D could help with headaches. THE FACT THAT CD-16 IS A BRAND new trial shows the cd12 failed.
