Yes, about two weeks prior to the others. Which makes one question if they’re acting alone, without Apple’s lead.

I heard from a friend, who heard from another friend, who heard from another friend, this is just a procedural process with little merit to what they’re calling it, “Settlement” conference. Which would lead us to believe a monetary settlement is forthcoming. There’s zero enthusiasm and positive vibe, that’s going to happen. If there was any sense of a monetary settlement, the attitude would be much, much different. The volume and PPS would reflect it. But, it’s not. Think about it, finally they’re agreeing to have settlement conferences, prior to an ADR, with a mediator. If this doesn’t sound like incredible news, I don’t know what does.

More than likely, they’ll agree to drop the ‘606 in Koh’s courts and skate attorney fees. Who really knows for sure. IMHO
