Well You are right with a new year and that much closer to the FDA quidelines being put in place. This time signed deals and lots going on. But you are right with hesitations and thats why pps so low. I'll keep loading close to 15 Million now and while everyone sits on sidelines and chases when He does come through. I'll be set.
