They wouldn’t. It’s a hypothetical. A company is worth what’s it’s worth... if a company with 2.2b OS is trading for 50 cents, it’s a company worth $1.1b. So if Tesla bought AWGI, they’d easily have it trading in the many dollars range per share. If Piper Pub in Boise Idaho buys AWGI, it would need to be worth $1.1b for AWGI to trade at the same price as IALS... 50 cents...

If Piper Pub bought IALS, it would only need to be worth $250m to trade at 50 cents.
