It’s not a theory but the reality of the situation. And nothing is really at the expense of shareholders, they’ll increase shareholder value because it that’s how THEY make money off this venture. But in a closely held company you are on their timetable they are not on yours. Not saying that’s how i would choose to run things but as you said before, it is what it is. I too wish things were done more timely and transparent here but I’m not really worried about it because i have the upmost confidence in their greed.
