Excellent, but it does appear that I was wrong...So with further thought I think the date was just the date meaning HDC or Intel didn't try to change the date but just the district from Waco to Austin and if the date change or not didn't matter to either side.
So now I am thinking that Intel has more case in the Austin district in April/May... might of been a simple reason for venue change.
I wonder how this case maybe presented since Taxes is open and not requiring mask mandates. Will the April 29th still be done using Zoom?
No doubt if this moves to trial in another year that will be in open court.
