Thoughts: I am of the same opinion that may be this is his time, it happens that people fail many times before they succeed. This time he got the right connections, right businesses, right projects and going to be successful.
So far he made partnerships with 1) TG Private (50/50 equity partnership issuing 30m Pref A shares) 2) VirtuaBroker acquisition 3) SBC Investor Relations, Inc (for investment advice) 4) SBDC Investment, Inc (for token project) 5) TG Private (sold 500m Pref. B shares) 6) Yuen Wong as a board member 7) Web Labs (through Yuen Wong).
They all look and sound exciting and great. Some of the deals are already closed.
The only thing bothers me at all times that not a single institutional partner so far recognized in any way or shape that they are happy to do business with NSAV. No PRs, no interviews, no tweets or no social media comments except for Yuen Wong, who is a Board member, not a business partner. The one would matter his Web Labs but again, that one is zipped.
JT and all of us are so excited, we keep talking about all these companies million times everyday but nothing from them about NSAV.
This Peter Sun guy from SBC Cap is all over the places doing all these great projects with NSAV, a publicly listed US company NSAV, no matter how small it is, it should be a great pride for them to mention about NSAV, yet speak t not.
Some people say NDA or whatever, if one party talks all the time about everyone and everything, I don’t think NDA is the issue for others.
One small tweet by SBC or Peter Sung or any mention of NSAV by our institutional partners would make my day like a Christmas!
Don’t know what to make of this mystery!
