What do you think about coffee in general and the specific niche is providing an alternative to the existing decaf process?
Coffee is ~500 billion but hops were already at ~700 billion in 2018 which is the year of the study they footnote in the presentation on the slide regarding third arm. Think they would've used the higher number for their estimate if it were hops?
